We plug along on this recently revised feature where we review the utterly overwhelming circulars each week to scope out some good deals for health (and value) conscious shoppers. We try hard to pick what we feel are our Top 5 (usually more) noteworthy items for consideration. This weekly feature originally aired on Fridays, then Saturdays – to its new home on Sunday mornings.
It’s likely that we’re going to change the name of this “playlist” in the near future. As Top 5 Deals is a bit too broad – since we cannot knowingly promote bad foods that contain sugar or carbs. So expect this weekly video to be quite targeted towards the truly health-conscious viewers.
As a reminder, we do not engage in the Standard American Diet (S.A.D.) Packaged food, in general, is not something any sane person would want. However, it’s what most people do. Doritos. Carbs. Pasta. Pizza. Bread. All those “tasty” things are what is causing the epidemic of health problems in our country. And across the globe!
This weekly video series focuses on long-term health, stable blood sugar levels – and food that satisfies you the most.
