Along the Route 22 corridor that this site tends to discuss – there aren’t many Harbor Freight Tools locations.
You have one over in Easton, PA – and two other Harbor Freight locations in New Jersey (on Rt. 22) – Green Brook and Union.
But we found ourselves in the Morristown, NJ area again, and ventured off to check out the location on Route 46 in Parsippany.
Harbor Freight Tools in Parsippany, NJ is a carbon copy
The thing about Harbor Freight is that their stores feel identical. About the only differences are the people working on a particular day and the types of customers that you can see shopping there. Almost all Harbor Freight’s we’ve been to have also always been “busy” with shoppers.
Western Jersey needs more HFT!
There is a huge void in NJ that could easily be filled by MORE locations!
No such luck between Green Brook and Easton. There is literally at least a 1,500 square mile section in the western half of the state that doesn’t have an HFT location. Most of them are in more densely-populated spots to the east.
We know they have big expansion plans in store, and seriously hope they consider one or two locations between Route 287 and the PA border. They’d score bigly!
