Review: Crook & Marker zero carb spiked drinks
We reviewed the Crook and Marker Spiked & Sparkling drinks a few months ago. And our determination was that it was “good,” all things considered – but it was awfully sweet. To the point where we had to water it down to find ideal enjoyment.
However, we’re beginning to wonder if Erythritol is something we want to continue putting in our bodies. It seems like it has an interesting effect. Sort of like the old “fake” sweeteners. As if we consume it faster – and want more of it. Is it addictive? And what are the long-term effects of consuming anything sweet? Maybe sweet tastes – as good as they appear to us, are in fact bad for us?
