New Providence NJ Transit Train Station

Today we’ll mention one of the many NJ Transit Train Stations in our coverage area. This one is in New Providence, NJ – and is part of the Morris and Essex Line.

It’s an unassuming station in a relatively quiet area. We don’t use the station, but it ranks about the middle of the road in terms of usage out of the 150 stations statewide.

About 550 “boardings” a day here at this tiny stop. They have nearby parking with capacity for maybe 120 cars or so.
