Premature death: Sugar, Alcohol & Smoking

What is the worst? Sugar, Alcohol or Smoking?

In today’s NJroute22.com VLOG – we have an interesting topic that covers a fairly large spectrum.

But it’s about what bad human habit is the worse?
Is it Alcohol? Tobacco? Sugar and carbs?

According to the mainstream news – as well as most people’s collective opinion – the ranking would look like this:

  1. Tobacco
  2. Alcohol
  3. Sugar

However – our viewpoint is precisely the opposite:

  1. Sugar
  2. Alcohol (close 2nd)
  3. and Tobacco.

Sugar is vastly underreported – and there are dozens of afflictions that are likely influenced by sugar – that would never get directly connected to sugar intake. No way. Imagine the money lost if people really could cure themselves of most woes?

Then, alcohol is not only bad for people – but others as well (i.e., drunk driving, violence, etc.) It’s a slow process – but very treacherous as you get close to putting the final nail in.

Tobacco – while it certainly can be blamed for many premature deaths – may not be all that bad. Especially if sugar is eliminated from the equation. We often hear about 100-year-old people who’ve been smoking their entire lives, too.

So do some digging. Challenge your beliefs.

We are in the camp of understanding that sugar and processed carbs are quite possibly the worst things for humanity. Until someone credibly proves otherwise.
