Eating while driving not necessary with low carb {VLOG}

In today’s NJroute22.com VLOG – we chat about the fascinating phenomenon called eating while driving.

We know for sure, that when you are low carb – you never feel the need to eat really. Cravings or hunger pangs are not an issue. Amazing, but true. When you keep your blood sugar levels steadily down – that is one of the profound benefits.

One thing you can easily notice is – that 99% of the things people eat while driving are HIGH in carbs? Doesn’t that make you wonder?

Not saying that is any different than what people eat at restaurants. Especially since almost all commercial eateries are CARB DENS!

But everything you eat “on the road” needs that non-greasy “Delivery mechanism.” It’d be hard to eat a slimy burger patty on the road. Or chicken wings for that matter. That is why you see burgers, wraps, and fries. You can’t really eat pizza or Pad Thai while driving.

When you can clearly see that almost all food eaten on the road is SUPER high carb – perhaps that can help you put the puzzle together if you haven’t already. Eating is mindless for most people on the “standard American diet” (SAD).

One drive-through window just leads to the next, and to the next, and so on.

Our best advice is to try carnivore for a couple of months. Food will no longer dominate your life.
