How to spot a scam in 2021 {VLOG}

In today’s NJroute22.com VLOG – we will share our tips on how to spot a scam in 2021, and NOT get scammed!

Scams have been going on forever

As long as humans have been alive – there have been scams of all kinds that “take advantage” of people.

Most of the time it’s for money.

But other times, it’s power and control as well.

And don’t forget the evil ego always lurking in the corner.

Personal scams as well as massively coordinated systemic scams

Scams happen across the board. From individual scams between people, and scams of the highest order!

One of the simplest scams you might recall is the infamous “three-card monte” street game.

The operator of the scam uses slight of hands to trick you and take your money.

But institutional or “systemic” scams are WAY more complex.

Pretty much too complex to talk about here, but these use a plethora of avenues to “set up” the scam. And sometimes these scams take years, often decades or more to establish.

Industrial scams are a true work of art. You can research this yourself, but much of it involves “conditioning” the bulk of the human population.

And that cannot happen overnight. It often takes literal GENERATIONS of indoctrination and subtle changes in societal mores to take effect.

But the “slow drip,” or often called “boiling the frog” method of scamming humans is profoundly effective.

You might need prepping to see scams more clearly

Well – one of the most important aspects we can recommend is to spend a great deal of time away from both mainstream media – as well as your social media echo chambers.

If you’ve been neck-deep in the information flow over the past 20 years, you might be a lost cause.

But if you do unplug – then see what the “talking heads” are spewing – you should easily get irritated and dismayed.

So how DO you spot a scam in 2021?

Here are some basics:

  1. It does not add up. If the information provided, the “actions taken,” and the EVIDENCE YOU SEE does not seem like they make sense – then that is a scam. Anything that is not obviously clear to you (in the real world), is either omitting something or fraudulent. What recent events sound similar to that?
  2. Great exposure and widespread support. Most coordinated scams in 2021 are brilliantly orchestrated. So if you see or hear eerily similar sound bites and buzzwords, you’re likely entering a scam zone. The same way “celebrity news” makes the rounds. They are all planned and executed with precision.
  3. You get “punished” for questioning it. Anytime you see “Fact-checkers” in the mix – those are immediate flags. Signs you should start researching why they’re so protective of such subjects.

Almost all major scams involve mainstream information outlets

We truly believe that this “connected” world we live in is just a conduit for bad things.

Don’t get me wrong – the internet when it first started was wonderful. And I’m sure many people involved had good intentions.

But what they didn’t realize is the thirst for human control.

It didn’t last long before corruption and other evil deeds essentially destroyed all the positive intentions.

The same goes for the “news” in almost any capacity.

All “major” outlets are wrecked. Talking points for their supporters and donors.

Even small-time venues need to be taken with a grain of salt – even if they line up with your current viewpoints. Because having a narrow echo chamber has many downsides as well.

A good well-rounded approach is paramount in order to have a clear, open mind.

One of the best questions to ask when you contemplate ANYTHING you hear ANYWHERE has always been, “who does it benefit?” Not just what you are told. Think about what happens behind the scenes. And when you connect the dots in your head – you’ll most often be much closer to the truth.
