We’ve always been a bit interested in this building at 192 Route 22 westbound in Green Brook, NJ. It belongs or is owned by Cyzner Properties.
It’s fascinating because the building, while nice, is clearly different compared to most of the other retail properties in this area.
Looks almost like some kind of ski lodge you’d expect as you get closer to Vermont (or something along those lines). My first impression upon seeing this building is that it’s some kind of outdoor apparel store or likewise. It really seems like you’d see skis somewhere nearby, doesn’t it?

Not sure how they’re doing business-wise, however. They seem to have only a handful of properties on the block for rent, etc.
They even have the first two floors of their own office building up for lease.
Maybe one day we’ll stop in to say hello. But for now – we just wanted to document them for our publication and “history book” of central New Jersey.
