While you can (in your own mind) eat carnivore, low-carb, or keto-based “foods” when you go out – there are often foreign invaders in your mouth. Which is why you should almost NEVER eat out if you want the best!

In the video above – we detail exactly what we think is going on with the “Fake Food” of our world. Almost all commercial restaurants are just bad for everyone. Not just smart low-carb, carnivore, or keto individuals. But every person regardless of their preferences.
It’s clear to us – based on our diet (and how we single out food types), that there is something foreign in the food that is peddled at commercial restaurants.
We truly feel some doctoring is taking place – for the sole purpose of profit via addiction.
Despite the fact that you can (on paper) eat “low carb” at almost any restaurant – we feel that some trickery is going on, and we don’t like it. To add compounds to something as basic as food – for the enrichment of a select few people is totally criminal.
Which is why everyone who is concerned with their health – should practically eliminate ALL outside eating – and take care of these fundamental needs themselves.
