MSG and low-carb {VLOG}

In today’s VLOG – we chat about the “elephant in the room,” MSG!

Some say it’s okay – others warn to run away!

But we’re talking about MSG here. Monosodium Glutamate.

There are two kinds – one naturally in foods – and the other which is chemically produced and used to “alter” flavor.

Typically found in Asian food. Also was in almost all Chik-Fil-A meals as well.

A very respected research doctor we know said it’s not bad for you. He got a lot of flack from his readers who chimed in regarding their personal problems with it.

We stay away because we believe it’s an “excitotoxin” and has unknown long-term effects. And also because it causes our eating to become uncontrollable. As in we finish what we were given. Every time. Like we become eating robots.

Believe what you feel like believing.
