Today’s NJroute22.com VLOG is sort of a “PSA” (public service announcement) and discussion about TV watching and other forms of “passive entertainment.”
By that we mean, things that people do that essentially do not augment much in their lives other than dopamine hits and sitting on the sofa.
That’s not to say that these activities aren’t “enjoyable.” But our discussion focuses on if your life can be even better if more fulfilling (and long-term sustainable) activities can be engaged in instead.
Just some New Jersey philosophy to chew on.
