If there are any perfect people out there, I certainly don’t know them. Sure, there are people that get most of it right, but we all make mistakes. That is part of being human!
Even when you KNOW what the right things are, you can still lose track. Case in point is the low-carb, keto, carnivore life.
We are fully aware of what NOT to eat. The gameplan is fully realized. Yet, why do we still screw up from time to time?
Is it part of the natural process to experience some bad things to strengthen your resolve?
Are some products and tastes so addictive that they can swoon you in?
Today’s NJroute22.com VLOG we admit some of our errors publicly, in order to help us prevent making those mistakes again.
Mistakes made while on Low-carb, keto and carnivore
- Beer
- Packaged Food (nitro coffee, Oreida egg cups).
- Most nuts (almonds, pistachios)
- Any sweets (newly realized connection)
The list doesn’t end there.
But once you get in the groove – you begin to fully realize things that you just shouldn’t consume. Eating primarily meat allows you to really hone in on what doesn’t sit well with your particular body. And man, it certainly is eye-opening when it comes to the shoddy quality of most mainstream foods out there.
If only more people did this, they’d realize how awful the food industry is. We’re all just pawns in some bigger money-making scheme. Each time we go food shopping it becomes more and more obvious.
Almost all of it is poison. Regardless of what they preach about, or what the latest feel-good trend is.
Enjoy your week ahead!
