Low Carb misinformation is growing fast online {VLOG}

In today’s NJroute22.com VLOG – we’re again on the subject of low-carb, keto, and carnivore. But more importantly – how we’re seeing a growing trend of “health influencers” now peddling bad information once again.

In particular – many high-ranking vloggers and social media “personalities” are now knocking down the belief that keeping blood sugar levels and insulin low – is BAD. Huh?

They tell you to “eat whatever you want” for the most part.

Keep in mind that many of these so-called influencers are also very young (millennials most of the time). They have severely limited long-term data – anecdotal or not. They’re also (most of the time) highly physically active – which plays a big role in only their physical appearance – and not what is happening inside their bodies.

We’re wondering if they were either affected by bad information – or simply being paid to peddle MISINFORMATION.

Because the truth is out there. Raising your blood sugar levels is plainly not healthy. As one anti-sugar site we vouch for says – “eating sugar is worse than a lifetime of cigarette smoking.”

Don’t let people coerce into falling for your sweets. It’s addictive not because it is healthy.
