Keto and Carnivore Snacking Mistakes to Avoid {VLOG}

Keto and Carnivore Snacking Mistakes You Must Avoid {VLOG}

In today’s NJroute22.com VLOG – we’ll talk about Keto and Carnivore snacking “mistakes.”

Almost all Keto and Carnivore publications talk about “snacking.”

One thing to get out of the way – is the fact that most, if not ALL low-carb, keto, and carnivore publications mention snacks.

The optimist in us suspects they include these topics because people have been accustomed to eating all day long for their whole lives. Thanks exclusively to eating too much sugar.

The realist in us feels they talk about snacks because they know no better. Perhaps they even know that going nearly zero-carb for most people almost always fails.

And of course, the pessimist in us thinks that whoever is promoting snacks just doesn’t want people to heal and get their bodies up to par. Or that they do it purely for clicks and pageviews.

Who knows.

But if you do low-carb, keto, or carnivore right – “no such thing as snacks!”

It took us a while to get to the point where we kept our carbs low enough to understand.

The bottom line is this:

If you are doing it right – then keto and carnivore snacking is not even a topic.

You have next to no “in-between” hunger pangs when you keep your blood sugar levels low.

What happens is you SLOWLY become “slightly” hungry over time. Sometimes even several days! It’s amazing!

Snacking happens infrequently when you are under-nourished

We will say that the desire to snack is not entirely absent when keto, carnivore, or low-carb.

When you have the desire to snack despite following those guidelines – it’s usually for one of two reasons:

1. You expended MUCH more energy than usual. Either via workouts – or just plain hard work around the home or job site.
2. You screwed up – and ate carbs.

There is no other reason why your body would send “hunger pangs” that result in the need to find something to peck on.

It is THAT simple.

Enjoy your day!
