Just a summer storm

Just a summer storm
Written by NJroute22

Got to enjoy a rather intense summer storm this evening. Prolific lightning – and heavy rain. But luckily – we didn’t experience the “scary” 70mph winds or possible tornado that the official weather agency was warning people about.

Not too often you get storms that are non-stop bolts of lightning. Very awe inspiring. Makes you wonder what the primitive people thought about such powerful wonders before science came along. Perhaps moments like this inspired many of the Gods most people worship these days?

This choppy video was shot outside ShopRite Wine & Spirits in Clinton, NJ. One of our favorite spots.
