De-regulated Energy scam in NJ?
We constantly get letters asking us to “switch” companies that bill us for electricity.
You know the drill “energy deregulation.”
We noticed most people have a “teaser rate,” then are basically able to charge what they want. We suspect the savings is minimal – and probably end up costing more long-term. But no one checks. Seems like a hassle to save a few nickels – with no guarantee of “savings” going forward. You know the saying… “If it sounds too good to be true…”
