Again – low carb is so simple – yet people love complicated! {vlog}

Today’s vlog is to the point – and a bit repetitive. Weight loss and low-carb absolutely does not need to be complicated – nor does it need books, “programs,” or manuals.

Again – low carb is so simple – yet people love complicated! {vlog}
The plain and simple truth is:

DO NOT RAISE YOUR BLOOD SUGAR.

Sure you can have a “few” grams of sugar (carbs) here and there – but just don’t “SPIKE” your blood sugar level to the point where it starts messing with your hunger and other mechanisms.

Books we’ve read say never exceed 50 grams of carbs per meal.

Our personal experience (based on our male bodyweight of around 200 lbs.) is much less than that. Usually under 20 grams per sitting. And the less the better.

Eating carbs just makes you hungry again. No joke. Personal experience locked and loaded.

Especially simple carbs. Bread, pastas, and fruit are high on our list.

In fact – we’re considering banning “good” sounding fruits like apples for our family. Shoot, I recall eating a small Macintosh apple a couple years ago, and my heart almost beated out of my shirt.

Just watch my kids when they eat just half an apple. Probably worse than eating a bowl of Hershey Kisses.

Like Dr. Frankenstien witnessing a metamorphosis.

My own experiences plus what I witness is all the information I need. Something ain’t right.

Whatever. They are just kids. But for you adults – you need to go on a 30-day carb strike – then experiment one by one to see how these food items make you feel.

YOU WILL BE ASTOUNDED BEYOND BELIEF.

Have a good week ahead!
